family easter dinner. The best I can do is watch my portion size. 1/2 plate filled with veggies. 1/4 plate protein. 1/4 plate carbs. And then back on track tomorrow!!

Great platter. I love this app, it showed me that yes people are still celebrating easter. A lot of people here in Montreal told they are not celebrating and it made me a little sad. But you guys are cheering me up! I am Happy that some of the values are still there!
