Yes I'm a chef. Just taking some time off work so I thought I would start posting what I eat. And these pics are what I'm eating everyday in my own kitchen from scratch whenever possible.

I will add that I use the most basic ingredients and I use my own excel program to track my food (carbs, fat, protein, cost etc...) and just started using Fatsecret again after trying it last year. I find it's good to use if you are on the go but I prefer my own program for building recipes.
