In my thoughts, I want to exercise. In my reality...fat chance! I know most of my pain is from carrying around excess weight for too long. Unfortunately, there isn't one zone that doesn't have some kind of debilitating pain. My neck almost always hurts. I have constant low back pain and my ankles usually give up before I do.
I heard Pilates was good for low back pain. I guess this is the route I shall start first, that and some arm exercises since that sexy Mardi Gras dress does not cover my arms.
