Was afraid to step on the scale. Results are a 7.4 lb gain since the week before Thanksgiving. Goal was to not gain anything during the holiday's. It was a lot harder to take off those 7lbs then it was to put them back on, but I guess it could have been much worse. I blame the Christmas cookies and the lack of will power. Definatley time to get back on track and loose those last 25lbs. This time my daughter will be starting with me and we will be ordering a new Medifast shipment on the 1st. Looking forward to feeling better again. All of those carbs have made me feel lazy and sluggish. Ready to feel healthy again.
