Ok - so I went way over on CARBS today, But it was kinda of a little reward and learning experience for me. I have been doing a percentage weight loss challenge with some people I work with and today was the "Final weigh in" I weighed in and had lost 11% (19.5 Lbs.) so I checked on my iphone app and check the carb count on a Jack in the Box, breakfast Jack(only 29) so I deceided to have one. I took one bite and IT DID NOT TASTE GOOD TO ME! (YEEEHAHHHH)I tossed most of the bun and ate the egg, cheese and ham. So tonight I had to go to my monthly Farm Bureau Meeting and we meet at this great resturant "Calico's" I did have a BLTA w/sprouts on 100% whole wheat bread. Which threw me WAY over on carbs. But that is Ok - I was basically healthy and back to 25 carbs tomorrow!
By the way - I tied for first place in the weigh in so we are splitting 1st and 2nd money! Whooo Hoooo!

Ok so I forgot the best part.... I discovered that my WOE is really working and I didn't miss anything not having "Breakfast Jacks" OR BREAD for the last 2 1/2 months! They don't even taste as good as I thought they did! THIS IS VERY EXCITING TO ME! I now know that I can be thin - and that is a fact! Today has been a great learning experience for me!

Wendy you are doing a great job. I had a piece of bread for the first time in a month yesterday, took one bite, didn't enjoy it (and I LOVED bread) threw the rest away. We can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you kazredhead! Isn't it awesome that bread really isn't that good! I don't dare try and eat some rice or pasta yet! But one of these days, I know I will and hopefully it's not that great either!
