Operation Treadmill. - Day Seven - Morning
Sunday - woke at 5:30 but decided to let my body rest a little later on it's only 'work day off' so snoozed and cuddled my baby dog. Finally got up 7:30 and after breakfast and coffee I did my 20 mins. Actually caught me by surprise when the timer went off and the belt stopped. Now THATS progress.
While I was 'milling I had a flashbacks to a recurring dream I've had most of my life: I'm lost and walking walking walking but never arrive. Usually walking over highway overpasses. I wonder if this was the dream ... I think I've now walked 10 miles ... but my view doesn't change. Maybe it was a metaphor for finding myself THIS TIME and staying GOOD to ME for the rest of my life.
Or maybe I just need to pull a TV in there ... LOL :/)
