@Mrsroboto I do too. And oddly enough, it's not too bad, tastewise, when made with plain yogurt. I add a little worchestire sauce to it for a bit of kick. Goes good with the roast. I'm sure greek yogurt would be fine too, I just don't personally like that weird chalk-y feel that the greek yogurt leaves in my mouth.

Have you ever had fresh grated horseradish? Once I had it I was hooked.

@FullaBella I have not tried fresh before. I don't think I've ever seen it in a grocery store that I've personally been to. But if I ever do see it, I'll be sure to give it a whirl. @Jengefit123 Spinach, Butter, Garlic, salt and pepper. What's not to love? I've always wondered... is it *really* food if it doesn't have garlic in it? I'm not sure it is. :):) @Irishdancer126 Thank you. It was awesome. Having leftovers tonight and looking forward to them.

Horse radish is a root usually in the produce section. Peel and grate. Fabulous.

Some add a little vinegar, sugar and salt. Be prepared, it's like wasabi. Feels like it's frying the brain if eaten in large quantities. But so good for digestion esp dense meats like ribeye.

Nothing like fresh horseradish. Always make at Easter to go with our main dish - so yummy
