I didn't get to go for my walk today because my car battery died. I ate part of my lunch for breakfast and went to Pep Boys. For some reason I was starving when I left Pep Boys and knew I couldn't eat as soon as I got to work so I got an Egg McMuffin and only ate one of the english muffin buns. I guess that spin class last night really burned a lot of energy. I had cramps a couple times in my sleep last night.
