My weight-loss pace has slowed down to a crawl lately. I've lost nearly sixty pounds the past year so am pleased with that for sure but still have about twenty more to go. With our longer days I'm able to walk outdoors a couple of times a day so that burns a few more calories. Is anyone else finally those last pounds hard to get rid of?

I have been up and down the scale a few times in my life and the lower body fat percentage goes. the harder it is to lose. At the moment, I'm too fat again, so weight loss has been good these two weeks but I know it will eventually slow down. There are also the plateaus.

I've been up and down before too Pleomom, but this time I'm determined to stay down. My cholesterol and sugar levels were too high and I was worried about heart health and general stamina. Losing a good chunk of weight has brought things into the healthy range which is encouraging. No meds needed. I eat three healthy meals a day and walk and that seems to be a good method for me.
