Newly committed!! I'm going on a clean eating plan for the next 3 weeks. I will not be having almonds and peanut butter daily during this time. Should be interesting. Wish me luck!

I lied about the almonds!! LOL I had to go to the gym this evening so I couldn't have a whole meal. Almonds were perfect! At least I stopped at one pack. :-p I did a really tough Spin class this evening. I came home and inhaled a small sweet potato and had some protein with juice to fuel my muscles. I'm working out in the morning in less than 12 hours so I need something in my tank. Glad to be back, I'm sorry I wandered off!

I so failed on the no peanut butter and almonds thing. I just love those foods. That's why I workout so I can enjoy food.
