Tomorrow's weigh in may not be pretty. I know I had originally set my goal to lose last week's water weight and a touch more, but that was before a weekend long eating and partying blitz!
Two whole days of cheese and liquor and chips and chocolate and pop...delicious, but not exactly the best was to spend a weekend if you're trying to drop pounds! :P
I'm a little bit put out at myself, but I know that two little days won't derail my overall plan for the summer. I have all day today, plus the rest of the week, to workout before I head back to work for a while. Then, it's looks like I'll have all of August and most of September to move down to my next short term goal.
I still feel that my short term goal of 155 by the end of July is totally attainable, if I can spend the next five weeks avoiding all the items I consumed this weekend! (Okay...let's be more realistic here...not avoiding, but consuming in much, MUCH smaller, more reasonable portions!)
Today's plan: breakfast and LOTS of water, do up the laundry and the dishes, have a bite of lunch, get in a good, solid hour of cardio and strength training, have some dinner, go out for a nice, long walk with the boyfriend.
Sounds like a good restart to me!
