Okay, time to start recording my food again. I fell off the wagon for a bit, but I'm ready to get back on again. I must be held accountable.
I read an article that says women are wired to compensate calories burned through exercise. That explains my increased appetite. Women really get the the raw end of the deal!!
I have to track my calories, there is no other way for me to succeed.
