Stardate 12.06.2012 Since I have developed a pain in my upper back and side. My exercises have been side lined for a few days. Following a great diet and introducing new foods as in spaghetti squash has really enhanced my weight loss. Hopefully I will feel well enough to at least work out after work tonight. Through pain and perseverance I will make my goal in one way or the other.
Always wanted to do the Star Trek thing :).
