I just had a delicious, low carb, version of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich; an Atkins Peanut Butter Granola Bar, topped with Polaner sugar free Blackberry seedless preserves, and chased it down with an ice cold glass of Blue Diamond, coconutmilk almondmilk blend. Very tasty, and something worth doing again. :-)

Thanks ladies; and Gigi, I always do; I've already started giving the Lord, thanks, and praise for your speedy recovery. I hope you had a great time in Palm Springs; I use to hang out there, from time to time, when I was working in the area. I kinda miss it, now that I'm no longer on the West Coast.
