DH has been in and out of the hospital all week. 4 times total. So my eating hasn't been on target and I did not get any gym time last week. Hey if its only 2lbs, I'll take it bc its been a LONG few days.DH has surgery scheduled for Friday so just trying hard to get back on track. Gym out of the way today and brought a huge bag of groceries with "allowed" foods. I also laid out my gym clothes for the week and bought a new water bottle. Im not gonna stop trying.. not matter what life throws my way!
