Well, Thanksgiving did not bode well for my weight loss, but I am back on it. I have decided to get back on the engine 2 diet. Loved it before, and I am ready for a healthier me.

102.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg. Still to go: 20.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
