BG 108, only 5221 steps today but I'm fine with that. Spent a little more time on stretches though. Hugs!!

We all have days where we don't quite get to where we want to be. I am having one of those days also! Hoping I feel better tomorrow. Hubby has told me no walking tonight, won't even let me go outside!! :(
