I'm feeling lazy but I have to take my son to Taekwondo practice and I will do some weight training while he is in class. I need to use this time wisely. I have to break this lazy spell.

I went home and rested instead of working out. I was tired and my son was tired too. I'm glad I did because I feel rested and ready to go today.

Good for you. Sometimes we get too busy and stop listening to the inner voices telling us what we need. I am happy you got your rest instead of burning out.
