This has been a good day - so far but from 8:00 - 11:00 is my hard to stick with it time. I get a snack food in my head that just won't go away!!! My niece made rolls here today and I was glad she took all of them back to her apartment. They were hard to resist but I managed.will have to drink water while Canadian Idol is on tonight!

I agree, it is so hard to stop craving a snack. I try to keep busy, (which isn't hard) and to drink more water. Our Australian Idol was on last night.
