That's good to be able to listen to your body about the need for workouts. You're still making good progress, I think, even with the ups and downs. Maybe there are things you can work into your day that aren't full workouts but still get you a bit of exercise --like walking or playing soccer with the kids or something. I don't know if that kind of thing would fit into your schedule, but it might be good to have a non-workout day exercise option. Keep up the good work!
