Clay - Yea... prednisone is not my friend. Oh well... it'll work itself out. Either that or I will stay over 200 as the prednisone is not going anywhere.

Erquiaga - I know, right? Just trying to get myself motivated to start. But now that I'm low enough that I can walk around without killing my knees and ankles, I am looking at getting started. No gym here. No gym anywhere near me at all (flyover country in the US), so I'll have to start with what I've got. A mat, a few low weights (3-5 lbs), a recumbent bike, and, of course, more outdoors than anyone could ever want. Flat flat outdoors, but outdoors nonetheless. If I can make myself ignore the prednisone appetite, I can make myself work out.:)

I use my garage for my recumbent bike, BowFlex, free weights, and exercise bar. Yoga mat and exercises in the house. So, you've got this. Good luck.
