I've been doing my snowshoeing for exercise and fasting for at least 19-22 hours, then I have been doing green veggie shakes for opening, followed by a supper of whatever I want. This weekend I am splurging a bit as I can not eat anything on Monday as I will be doing a colon prep for Monday (64 ounces of that nasty stuff, followed by antibiotics, and more laxative) and surgery on Tuesday for colon cancer...I'm worried but trying to stay positive that all has been caught in time...Probable will weigh close to goal weight once I get done all this...not the way to lose weight healthy....oh well...(thank you for reading, I just had to share) Have a great weekend everyone...
