This is just an example of "EMOTIONAL EATING" Last year in November life took a turn and I have been on an emotional roller coaster and have used my favorite vise "FOOD" I am praying for healing and strength to do what I did February 2009 and start thinking of MYSELF before the husband, the children and the job..in return I will be happier therefore being a Better MOTHER, Wife and Employee! and FRIEND to my BFF!
