just ate broccoli and cheese soup with some extra broccoli and i must say i am full. But i only ate a cup if even if that much. Also started to place chia seeds in my food but it is 81 calories per scoop. hopefully i can keep my weight loss up and lose about 2 pounds a week, mainly till the end of the year. Also the mobile app is not acting right so i had to log into the computer write.
