Today was a hectic day I lost most of my morning to the Vet's office finding out one on my Catahoula puppies had a birth defect and had to put it to sleep (very sad). Work was OK - just normal business. I still can't get my calorie count up though and basically skipping breakfast didn't help (3 sticks of String cheese)! Well tomorrow morning is my weekly weigh in and I am hoping to have lost 3 - 5 lbs! My body looks and feel different from last week and my daughter came home from being gone 5 days and said "Mom what happened to you? You look so much smaller!" that did make my day. I am just hoping the scale shows me!
