50:20:30 itu aturan dasarnya aja tp bisa beda2 utk tiap tipe tubuh. Yg endomorph (alias gampang melar) kayak aku, carbs nya bisa 25-30% aja. Yang penting asupan protein harian = min.1,5x BB.
