Relaxed some over the weekend, but still feel I did well. Enjoyed some sweets, but not over board, now I'm back to it. Took my morning meds and sublingual B-12 (which I started about 10 days ago). Slept in later than I normally would have, but it was a busy weekend. More later!!!
