Back to the spin class today. I can tell I have more weight on my butt on that blessed bike seat. This weight must go away for good. 8:00 oatmeal and grapes 1:00 large salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers, balsamic vinigerette 4:00 1/2 myoplex lite bar 6:00 dinner---don't know yet Depends if I get to the store first
