Looks like I'm down to 132lbs even. I didn't make my goal of 130lbs before I leave for Hawaii (this coming Thursday), but dang I feel proud. I'm not one of those that can drop weight in an instant and from starting at 145lbs in late August and going to 132lbs now, it took a lot of effort and struggle along the way.
I am definitely going to enjoy my vacation with my hubs, but I'm going to try be mindful of when my body is full and not overeat. I know I'll be pretty active while I'm up there and hopefully this break from playing/coaching Vball for two weeks will help my hip heal up.
