Out of the 200s and it feels so good!!! I never want to see that number again 😩
Also, I leave for India tonight, so I'm going black for 2 weeks. I'm hoping to lose 5 pounds while I'm over there. I'll be doing lots of walking and hiking and eating fresh, non-processed food, so I think that's achievable.
