This week has been crazy... And I must say my body is really feeling it after 25 consecutive days of cardio. This last week I added some strengthening exercises which may be contributing to my feeling of being worn out... Despite being tired, I am very impressed with my results... My stomach os noticeably flatter & I have noticed my arms are more toned. Looking forward to a week of no exercise... I will be in full recovery mode.
