So my trainer at the gym told me to go to this site so it will help me track what im eating and help me lose the weight that i want to lose. I've done WW in the past but evert time i stopped i gained the weight rithg back - within 1/4 of the time it took me to get it off. IT was very frustrating but now i'm on the right track with a trainer and i go to the gym and i watch what i eat and now I'm starting to get really focused because my wedding day is less than a year away and i want to look beautiful and sexy :) I know I can do this - i just need to stick with it and stay motivated.

That happens no matter what plan you are on. If you don't change your habits for good, you will forever be on the yo-y- train. You have to realize that you will forever have to watch what you eat and getting it off is only half the battle. Keeping it off is the other half. Good luck and make a commitment to yourself to stick with it.
