I just completed 60 sustained crunches. I haven't exercised on the floor in years. I started day before yesterday with 50. I plan to move my reps up incrementally and push myself to do more than I think I can each time I do them. So I'm thinking adding 12 more to my 60 and pushing myself beyond that. I'm obviously not an athlete, but I think it's about time I start thinking more like one!
