Fasting blood sugar (FBS) was 83 and I'm down 3 lbs. As for my sleeping - only 3 hours last night. An hour less than usual so will see how the day goes.
A bit of sunshine is peeking through my window which is great for my spirits. We were notified that the owner of the house we are renting from is going to sell but my son has the option of buying. Scary idea as none of us have ever been in a position to buy a house. Not sure how this will work out but I'm not going to worry about it. Admitedly, it would be nice to feel like I have a home.
My son baked a big batch of Toll House Cookies. They smell and look yummy but I have a pan of brownies made from coconut flour, so I'm good.
Well, that's about all that's going on in my world right now.
