Get out and slog through that Montreal snow Bianca. That'll get your heart rate up. It's still minus 17 here in Ottawa but I'm heading out for a half-hour of wading through the snow.

The "wade" in the bitter cold was a real slog 'cause the streets hadn't been plowed. To top it off while shovelling the steps I tripped and fell. I landed hard on my knee and wrist but all is well. Ouch. It's minus 23 on our killer front steps now.
