Thanks, I’m trying my best to increase my protein and I met with a Trichologist on yesterday to work out a plan for a healthy scalp.

It might be some micronutrients and vitamins. I think some people think B12.

Is it stress?!
There are those gelatin tabs for healthy nails and hair. Some people I know swear by them.
One of my clients had hair loss and the dermatologist told her to go for Rograin. He said don’t bother with the women’s Rogain but to just use the men’s.
Best wishes.

It could possibly be stress. My husband is a 2 year cancer survivor and I have to make sure he is doing what he suppose to do. I have a 17 year old that believes he is having stomach issues (father had gastrointestinal cancer). I recently took him to the gastrologist to help ease his anxiety. This hair loss issue continues to happen at least once a year. I have gone to the dermatologist and was advised to use rogain and wash my hair daily. Once I feel it’s under control I stop using it.
