Surgery day today. Very nervous.
Does diet followed "poorly" include a day of stuffing your face with cake? Somehow I feel there should be a "really didn't bother at all" option. I baked guinness cake two nights ago for my boss' Birthday yesterday, and I do love social cake eating. So on these occasions diet goes to pot. COMPLETELY. And the cake was lovely, but I felt sick for most of the day. Probably nerves. And icing.
