I blew it today. Not in the way I thought I would. I actually didn't realize how empty and few my calories were today. I am aware this will drag my metabolism down. If it weren't so late in the evening I go chow down some protein to make up for it. Tomorrow's a new day and I'll have a chance to eat perfectly again.
