Ate another bag of peanuts, few squares of dark chocolate, late yesterday. Earlier I attempted some active yoga. Lighter today :-) I had energy for pottering around but not really for anything else which is why I didn't attempt any weights and only did maybe ten minutes of yoga. My knee is still suspect.
