Learning a lot during this first week of actively counting calories and paying attention to how much protein and how many carbs I consume. Way too many carbs and not enough protein in my diet which I’m trying to change. I don’t know what you’d call the approach I’m using... fewer carbs and more protein, like Keto, but also fasting for 16 hours a day (something I read about in Women’s Day magazine) and trying to keep my calories to 1500 - 1800 a day.

Anybody got some good lower calorie, higher protein snack ideas?
