Day 15: No change on the scale, but I can tell my body is changing. Taking this one day at a time. Be patient and faithful KJ! Got 88 ounces of water in yesterday, that's better than the past but a little short of my goal. I will focus on that today. Ate too many carbs yesterday. Had an evening meeting and partook in some of the food-fare that was on location; 2 brownie bites and a small green goddess smoothie. Social situations have historically been a trigger for me to veer off course. I need to be more cognizant of that in the future and prepare better. Then I got home and had a "snack" that of Sweet Kale Salad and a mini Kind bar. Too many carbs! On a positive note, I had a killer spin session yesterday. 🔥 847 57 minutes in the Burn Zone (149 to 153 bpm) 10 minutes in the Burst Zone (167 and above) 88 minutes total ride time! Today is a new day. Carpe Diem!
