Summer should be the time that I do good on WW,I,m always doing something,dehydrating foods like bell peppers,apples,bananas and I think that is what got those extra # back on,dried fruit is so good but is not good on WW.So that part of my diet is on hold until I lose the weight I need to. I,m doing the diet slow and easy and I don,t stress out so much,once the garden canning is done and the fish canning,things will come back to the cold weather crawl and I will get on the thread mill.My motive is my son and his wonderful wife coming back home to live,I will need more energy as we will be doing more things together and I need to keep up with them 40ish kids HA HA.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
