It's been a struggle, but my weight has finally budged since the holidays. I've put the hot chocolate away, even though it is snowing again this morning. Holiday candy has been tucked away in hubby's study, and I'm eating citrus and a Greek yogurt/banana smoothie for my sweet fix.
