baru 6 hari diet.. belum ada progress dari segi angka.. tp dari bentuk badan mulai ada .. terutama bagian perut lebih kempes . . memang ya kalo defisit kalori tuh harus sabar, tekun, konsisten.. dan bkin kita koreksi terus pola makan kita.. semangat!!
