Ran my second 5k this morning, the Girls on the Run of South Hampton Roads 5k. My time was 32:01, though not entirely accurate, as I missed the minor detail of the finish corral to the right. So my actual time was probably more like 31:52ish. But I'm still thrilled! :)It was really hot, with very little shade, and the last lap was sooo hard, but I kept putting one foot in front of the other, and ran the whole way. I was 7th in my age group (females, 20-29), out of 36. Yay!
