Udah IF lama, tapi hasil mentok. Kadang makan kurang dari BMR. Udah seminggu ini coba sarapan lagi, terutama karena aku tim olahraga pagi. 288 kalori: 30g granola, 100ml skimmed milk dan 1 sdm greek yogurt. Ini bikin kenyang sampe siang! (Karbo total 32g)
