Been a gorgeous day today. Have done a bit of sunbathing in the garden. The kids are on half term - its going to be a lovely weekend. It is still such a great feeling to feel ' lighter'. Every now and then I catch glimpses of myself in a window and because I only have head mirrors in my house: its a lovely surprise to see my reflection.
I am going to weigh - in tomorrow, I normally only weigh once a week but this week I am going to have a change and keep tabs on whats happening.
I have become focused again. ITs a great feeling to find something you thought you'd lost.

Good for you Jill, sometimes we lose focus and its almost scary, we don't want to go back to where we were. It is nice to be able to look at ourselves and like what we see, for so long I avoided full length mirrors just didnt like what I saw. Now I look and say..." not bad, your looking good and its getting better" so much better. :)
