cara masak tunanya gmn ka spy ga amis?aku tiap masak tuna yg bukan digoreng (kukus, panggang) selalu amis padahal udh direndem jeruk nipis dan garam

iink bubu michi | ini Ibuku yang masak jadi kurang tau detailnya hehe , tapi supaya crispy daun singkongnya dijemur matahari seharian baru besoknya digoreng pakai api kecil sampai crispy. Tirisin supaya minyaknya berkurang terus dksh bumbu2, garam merica gula dll :)

agustini.abdullah | aku juga biasanya pakai garam dan jeruk nipis. Tapi katanya kalau jeruk dan garam ga mempan, biar hilang baunya direndam di susu sekitar 1 jam (tapi rada sayang ya sama susunya hehehe)

Irin-chan | kembang kol aku rebus sampai empuk. Habis itu ditirisin, kasih garam merica, bubuk bawang putih, margarin, dan susu 3 sdm. Terus aku blender di food processor sampai creamy 😊
