Two days ago I reached my goal after 9 months. I actually lost 48 lbs. in the last 14 months. I will lose 6 more to weigh what I did most of my pre 45 age. I am now 72 and very healthy and I feel great. Stay the course and it will happen, i checked and once had a whole month with only 1/2 pound lost, but i stayed the course, minamal carbs, no sugar, minimal grains, good proteins.
