Well, French fries did not really help me, but that is ok I guess. Back to the gym today.Doing good, down 14 lbs since starting Induction, although it not on here. NOt losing like I would like but more a less a steady 2 lbs a week. Going to add more fitness to my routine and see what that does. WIsh I could lose like 4 a week, but my goal is six more by the 20th of October.
